This photo series is a personal project close to my heart. Years ago, I saw an image of Hamnøy and dreamed of one day photographing it myself. That dream led me to this place, where I eventually lived and worked for several years. During that time, I returned to Hamnøy again and again, drawn by its changing light, weather, and timeless presence.

This collection shows Hamnøy throughout the year—under snow and rain, golden sunsets and quiet skies. It’s not just about a place, but a long-held dream and the joy of watching place change with time.
